This multi-family home in the Heritage Hill Historic District is truly unique. The neighborhood is pedestrian and bike-friendly, with easy access to downtown Grand Rapids, shopping, nightlife, local coffee shops, and restaurants. It is also conveniently located near the Medical Mile, MSU College of Medicine, Grand Valley State University's downtown campus, GR Community College, St. Mary's Hospital, DeVos Children's Hospital, Mary Free Bed, and Spectrum Downtown Hospital. Amenities include shared laundry facilities, a common area front porch, and pet-friendly units. Residents are responsible for a $20 per month water fee. There may be additional fees for electricity charged during high-use months. All applicants must meet the minimum gross income requirement of 2.5 times the monthly rent and must pass a credit and criminal background check.
